Up to 215 members of the Swiss Armed Forces serve in the SWISSCOY contingent. Personnel matters are handled by a specialist who is integrated into the contingent’s national staff. In addition to supporting soldiers with personnel-related issues, the specialist’s responsibilities include advising the Contingent Commander, organising and coordinating the qualification system, and managing personnel administration for all local employees of SWISSCOY. They also act as a link to SWISSINT’s Human Resources section and, in legal matters, to SWISSINT’s legal advisor (LEGAD).

Interested women and men can apply to the SWISSINT Competence Centre for a peace-promoting mission abroad within the framework of the Swiss Armed Forces. We are looking for experts from a wide variety of professions. The basic requirements differ depending on the mission and type of operation.
